    Fire Extinguisher

    Mounted my fire extinguisher too....
Took the pillar down, drilled 2 holes...if you do this, drill on the seam and be sure to support the back of the mount. I used fender washers to be sure to have enough support........

This is the pin diagram for base commander sport stock radio.

I have a 2 channel amp so I only powered the front. cut the wires and used splices to hook the wires together. Keep the right and left + and - separated and in order.

The door speakers are hooked in parallel with the front 2.5" tweeters. Can not hear the rear speakers though they are still connected.

The stock dash speakers are tweeters.....

The amp instruction book says to hook a wire to the blue wire on the radio so it only comes on when the radio is on, but I don't know which wire to use. The hot wires are always hot....not switched....not sure where to connect.

Well, finally did it. Took the time and did it......

Cleaned the wheels real well. (not the commander)

    added 1 1/2 Spidertrax spacers

    Painted the wheels

    Used Rustoleum Black Laquer

And I dont care if you can see my license plate. Hundreds of people see me going down the street every day....and they are not looking at my plate!

And thank you everyone for your positive feedback.

    Web Cam Install

On the thread where we discussed the forward parking sensors, I wondered about a forward looking camera. So I did it.

Then I drilled a hole in the front bumper: oops no pic..

Ran the wires through the post:

Pulled the mirror off the visor:

    Part of the VES now.

    CB Install

Well, if there is a 1, must be a 2, right? Well, I liked the idea of looking forward and maybe getting some pics, or if you want to record your off road adventure....I pulled down the rearview mirror. Just pull straight down.
