Good find Neil. I looked for a long time and the prices are unreal on these things. I know I could sell mine for 4 times what I paid for it. But then i wouldnt have one and couldnt buy a better one. That will however, allow me to trade up soon.
If you find a better way to lift it than an axle flip, let me know. I suggest you cover your tires when you store the trailer as
these things are subject to tire rot. I now have 3 new tires and I dont want to go thru another blow out.
Mine had the interior stove but I dont want the smell of food in my PuP. Attracts animals.
I am having a tough time keeping the kids from eating and drinking in it.
Do you have battery power? I added a battery and inverter for mine. I am seriously thinking about taking the converter out.
Dont see much use for it. I have 1 interior 12v light.
I am getting some of the small plastic cutting boards to put under the legs for leveling. They clean up easily and won't and wont rot or crack like wood.

I do have 12v setup but no battery. It has an onboard 12v charger which i believe is also an inverter , mounted into one of the cabinets. The previous owner just never used it w/ 12v so he never bought a battery. It has two overhead lights, an outdoor light by the door, the ac, two standard wall receptacles, and the fridge, and uses a 30 amp service. I had it hooked up here at the house with an extension cord and it seems to work fine except I havent turned on the fridge. The ac will run you out of the thing. I can see this one easily sell for $4K . As far as lifting it I dont know if I will or not. It runs 12" tires and it doesnt sit down low like the Colemans do. Plus I dont know that I would take it somewhere like Flagpole cause I dont want to mess anything up. A little more clearance would be nice though to keep from dragging the rear bumper when going into a parking lot or something.
