All of them do. There's a seperate option to disable MDS when tuning.
I run with mine off (MDS) I know it hurts my MPG, feel I get full power all the time.

I go back and forth with the MDS. Sometimes I run it off and other times I leave it on.

I leave mine on..... I've got plenty of power at the press of the pedal, and need all the help with mpg I can get hahaha
