Thanks everybody. I am so happy how this turned out. I'm an Apple fanboy, so I've wanted to do this for a long time. I'm glad I finally got it done, now I'm searching for the next project. I'm thinking CAI and flow master, or JBA UCA's. My Superchips tuner should be here in a week, I should have fun with that.
Turned out sweet!
Looks great man, love the factory look.

Definitely looks stock. Awesome job on the mod
Update!!
Well it's been a couple months and I've made a few changes. My 2012 Pioneer Nav unit was not very compatible with my iPad mini. So I got a new Pioneer single din media player, no CD. It works perfect with the iPad. Before the music wouldn't start for 30/45 seconds with bluetooth. Now as soon as you turn the Jeep on music resumes from where it was when I shut the Jeep off. I also did more body work on the bezel, I had a couple areas that bugged me. Very happy how this turned out, exactly what I was hoping for.
