This is going to be a little list of possible Lift kits that can be added to the XK or WK. Prices not included with my description because they are subject to change. If anyone would like help with prices please let me know.
There are a ton a different ways you can go. A budget boost, Spring and shock lift, or a combination of the two. For anyone who has a modified lift (omelet) Please try to add as much as you can to this so anyone can replicate it if they wish. Thanks

Budget Boost- A cheaper way to add lift. Usually by adding a spacer to the front and rear coils. Most of this will gain about 2 inches in Height. This Option will keep the ride quality close to stock.
1. Rough Country- 2" Suspension Lift. Can be found Here (http://www.roughcountry.com/jeep_commander_2.html)
2. Daystar Lift Kit- 2" Suspension Lift. Can be found here (http://www.autotrucktoys.com/jeep_commander/Daystar-Jeep-Commander-2-Lift-Kit-PRD14427.aspx)
3.Rock Krawler- 3.5" Suspension Lift- Note: Of the people I know who have this kit, you will likely see a 2" gain. Can be found here (http://www.topguncustomz.com/Store/Gen2ProdDisplay.php?iview=188421906).
4.Skyjacker- 2" Suspension Lift- Can be found here (http://www.topguncustomz.com/Store/Gen2ProdDisplay.php?iview=207424526).
5.Rocky Road- 2" Suspension Lift- Can be found here (http://www.rocky-road.com/commandersus.html).

Spring and Shock Kits- Adding lift and making ride quality stiffer.
Old Man Emu- 2" Suspension Lift- Note: Of the Numerous people who run this lift, many of them have seen close to a 3.25" gain. There are also 2 different versons of this lift. A Medium Duty and a Heavy Duty. Medium Duty is good for someone who does not wish to add much weight in the form of armor or skids, but will still stiffen the ride. The Heavy Duty will be the stiffest ride but best for load handling or if you have a V8 and 3rd row seats in an XK. Many have also made a Modified Lift that will gain close to 4". Can be found Here (http://www.rocky-road.com/commanderome.html)..

Combination of the Two- Spring and Shock Kit with a Spacer Lift on top.
Super Lift- 4" Suspension Lift- Note: This is the mack daddy of our lifts. It is the most expensive and comes with alot of parts. There is a new and improved system making its way out now. The link that I am providing will take you right to Superlift's site and will explain everything about it. This Lift can be installed at home, As long as you are a welder and are comfortable with your welding skills. This can be found here (http://www.superlift.com/suspension/jeep/06-XK.asp).

If anyone has anything to add please feel free. I am sure I did not get all the lifts possible but I think this is a good start.

The budget boost lifts keep the same ride. The OME spring lifts drastically change the ride.

"Better" is also a relative term. Some prefer the stiffer ride with the OME while others don't and prefer the stock ride. You may want to clarify that.

Steer away from opinions such as "the ride is better". Give the facts only: ie OME MD will firm the ride up. And the OME HD will be the stiffest ride but best for load handling or if you have a V8 and 3rd row seats in an XK.

Depending on how much work you want to put in to it. Adding prices would be nice As well as featuring some
Pics of jeeps using theses lifts so people can seethe results. If at all possible try to get pics of people running at least the stock wheels for a even comparison I don't think you can find to many running stock tires though but wheels should not be a no problem.

Now that I look again where is the stock rake at on your jeep. It's sitting level in the before picture.

I think the picture isn't quiet level, if you look at the fender gaps, the rear was bigger than the front, and in the after pic they look pretty similar.

I did, I brought it here as well. It is posted in the Wheel and Tire forums here. Despite lifts originally being outside the scope of my application for the thread. People were right in that it would be more informative if I also included Suspension and any spacers used - nearly everyone does the PW/Fender mod and I do realize how tire and wheel selection and options tend to increase with respect to lift... So I ended up including them in the Wheel and Tire combo thread as well.

I have the daystar 2" lift with RR rear shocks, if I got the OME front springs, front struts, and rear springs, would I be able to install those for basically a HD 2" lift setup?
