Pretty sure we're grouped in with ZJ's, XJ's and Comanches. But from the pics I saw of the previos meets there it's mostly wranglers.

No scratch that. Just looked over the registration form again. Cherokee, GC, and Comanche are a class. Commander for some reason is grouped in with the Liberty and Patriot. Go figure.

I've brought it up numerous times because i think it really kills site activity (and this is the only forum i've ever seen set up this way). Jon's been trying to fix it but hasn't been able to hammer down the issue.

There have been a lot of times when i've read a thread during the day and say "oh i'll have to respond when i get home". But then i get home and forget all about it, don't see it, and don't post.

Just got the scoop from on NJJA... The lack of Commanders/Libertys/Patriots registering for past shows is why they're clumped together; figured as much.

How about we get some more XK's coming!

When i was looking through the pictures from the previous years, i didnt see any commanders/patriots/compass' and maybe 1 or 2 WK's... So it makes sense that there's not a class for them.

I still think it should be SFA Unibody in one class and IFS Unibody in another class. Maybe if we get enough WK's and XK's showing up that'll happen. It's almost unfair to class the WK with previous generation Grands due to the SFA/IFS changeover.

as for Wharton... i don't know "where" im going either. All of the trails are legal streets, so you just turn on your GPS and make sure that you're on a "trail" that has a legal road name, and make sure you're out of there before sundown to avoid a ridiculous fine.

Hell, if a lot of guys are making the trip out here it might be worthwhile getting/splitting a hotel and doing a much longer Wharton ride on Sunday... just throwing that out there :)

I would say, don't hold your breath for trail riding Saturday... we'll try, but it depends on how early the show ends and if its overcast (you DONT want to be caught out there at dusk... the fine will just about pay for the superlift and its not great trail riding so really not worth the risk.) Though you guys are free to leave the show anytime you wish, I'm just not going there "planning" on leaving at 1... will be playing it by ear.

If you want to do RC on Sunday I'd recommend driving out to Tremont after the show and getting a hotel there. Not 100% sure ill be in for that... but it would make for a great weekend!

I am not trying to leave early.... but to get trail riding in you have to plan to be out of Wharton between 4-4:30 (that time of year) or you risk getting fined. 2 hours is nothing in terms of pines riding... a normal "quick" trip is 3 hours... and if someone gets stuck good its substantially longer.

As of now it seems fine! My wife works every other weekend (RN),so I'll need to see where she ends up working. We got hit bad from the snow storm. Lost our pop up camper,and a limb fell on our brand new roof and did a bunch of damage! So hopefully we'll be in good shape to go out and have some fun by then ? you wouldn"t mind a FJ Cruiser going too?

1 day until show time! We are closing the show at 120 vehicles if you plan to register at the gate there is only 30 spots open. Gates open at 8:30am registration closes 11am judging starts at 11:30. Awards start about 1 with the raffle after! The weather is going to be awesome!! The winery address is 1320 Old Indian Mills rd. Shamong N.J. 08088
