Got my strut spacers installed today. Went pretty easy and I love the way it came out. Couldn't afford a full lift and bigger tires, so I opted just to level the front out. Here's the before and after.

I can tell a slight different in the front... Do you have any future lift plans for her?

I'd love to put a full lift in it and some bigger tires. Just can't afford all of that right now. I think when it comes time for new rubber I'll probably try to do it then.

you know...as mentioned they're only $40... and any easy way to convince her is to simply remind her of the gas money you're saving by not having to go on a few hour drive to ________.

I can bring down some tools when I come to MD. wont take us long at all to install them. :)

yeah. may want to give Marlin a call to check stock.. when I ordered mine it took about 2 weeks because he was just having an order made.... so if he has them in stock now he should be able to get it to you with plenty of time to spare before the 8th.

How near is the near future?

I need to get my hands on one to draw out the outline or remove my front lift, just looking for a sample one and we are ready to go.

(If anyone has one they can trace and mail me the actual specs that would be appreciated)

I'm going to get the Rusty's offroad Leveling spacer and put on my front. I think i'm going to order it monday maybe. I could trace the design if you want or if someone else gets to it first. Can't wait to get another .5" of height on the front! I'm so tempted to buy an entire 2 inch lift and put on my XK along with the OME springs already there. If i could just get someone to fab the Drop plate for the front diff I think it would work great. (And some JBA UCAs). Could be the poor mans 4 inch lift.

Absolutely, If you pick one up lay it on a piece of paper and draw it out for me, thickness I have but the exact size I do not have because I have the RR lift. I will have the lift completed sometime within 30 days as well for those who are looking for that option.

I will need actual specs as I will be unable to get size from a photo, if possible trace it out on a piece of paper before the instal and mail me the paper (unless you are really good at cad or something that will not change size when transmitted electronicly).

If you export it in PDF it will not change the size - but you'd need to also incorporate a scale factor with the appropriate units. Of course you can change the zoom though in PDF... but yeah, it's still risky.

bump, you have any measurements front and rear to see if this actually leveled out the front...

considering these with a set of CRD front springs and XK towpackage rear coils

ItsMeKO3

I had a couple pics of the measurement on the front. Can't find them on my computer right now though. It did give the front a true 1/2 inch. And I don't think I ever measured the back, I don't think it would change it much, if at all.
