Right behind the middle nut you show to be removed I had another really long bolt that had to come out as well. It's for the seat belts.

Oh good I thought mine was cross threaded or something LOL It was a PITA I was using a 1/2 drive and was cranking on thing the entire way out.

I think the factory must use Loctite Red, especially on seat belt bolts. I used a rattle gun, and it hammered away down to the least thread on every bolt. I imagine it was a major PITA with a manual ratchet wrench. :)
