Hey Dave (or anyone) - Have you ever done business with or visited THESE (http://www.murchisonproducts.com.au/wh-wk-grand-cherokee.php) guys. Looked pretty interesting - I enjoyed reading the site.

Here's the WK/WH gallery (http://www.murchisonproducts.com.au/gallery.php?gallery=6)

GREAT looking Jeeps down under... too bad they have to keep UMBRELLAS in their gunracks, though. :(

I might know them.......

Yep Stu is the Owner, there are some pics of my Jeep on the page, the silver one is his, few more changes to it since then. The black Limited was also his, but he built it and took it to one trade show and then shipped it the next week to the new owner!

When it comes to Late model jeeps down here, he's pretty much leading the way. He has a couple of KJ's with 4" lift thats hes built, actually doing a couple of KK's with sliders, locker (rear) and lift for the local dealers, as well as building MW3 replicas for a couple of dealers (using all AEV stuff and his own coils - that was fun, gave him a hand to knock 2 builds out in 2 days - tyres, wheels coils, shocks, front bar, winch, rear bar and everything black powdercoated - long days)

Stu is very professional, well setup and r&d's his gear extensively, uses a lot of AEV gear as well. Currently for the WH he is helping a local suspension mob designing replacement lower control arm to strut poly bushes, and hes also doing kits for the Wk (WK2 to you guys)

This is my truck. Between us we have fitted the Saguaro front and rear, his custom lift with custom rate coils and shocks due the the weight, skid plates to the fuel tank, 4xguard rails, dual head ARB air with tank and front and rear outlets, custom rear drawers, 4 batteries, custom rack and mounts, incab controls for the winch etc, led lights everywhere.

The superlift kit arrives in January, and we have a Claytons triangulated rear long arm kit from a WJ just waiting to be used, which will be the basis for our version of a 6" lift. Stu is relocating the fuel tank to between the rear rails (where the spare was) to give room for the rear long arm setup. The triangulated setup should give us around 14" travel with very nice ride quality. Stay tuned for that one.

There is no sticker on the roof. Yet. But the roof is also the only panel that's not dented.....;)

Hahahaha, that would be awesome.... I read somewhere on the site that your coils allow for the itemization of 35's or even 37's... I couldnt te ll if this was for the WK or not though... I just noticed I dont see pinch wekd mods on any of those vehicles but they are roughly sporting the same offset and backspacing and was curious how that was accomplished.

I just read on their site that they are in the process of making both front and rear fender flares for the commander

Dave

What you did just there was REALLY evil... I thought someone was working on a SA swap for the WK/WH. I can never forgive you for this, Dave!

Hehehe, have patience my friend.......I know I dont :(

We may have made some measurements and some planning, but very early stages yet. Takes far too long to get stuff down here. The last 2 containers have spent over a month sitting on the wharves with customs playing silly buggers.

As for WK flares, unfortunately the current test rig is a bit too, shall we say, non-straight to develop the flares off (cough, mine, cough...) Stu has a New JK currently hes fitting out for himself and family which means he can pull apart his missus WH to do some more R&D.

Will Saguaro be producing any XK bumpers? I love the look of the available front and rear WK bumpers!
