1.5" wheel spacer

Well i broke down and ordered a set of 1.5" wheel spacers for my XK, My question, am I going to have to do anything to the pinch weld considering I have 245/75 tires, if so does anyone have a good guide on what needs to be trimmed front and rear?

You wont have to do anything with the rear. As for the front, you might have to bend over the pinch weld and remold the plastic inner fender well. I would install the spacers and see exactly where you have rubbing, if any, and then go from there. Here is a good write up on the pinch weld mod.

How much tread do you have left on your tires and when you turn the steering wheel how close are the front tires to the rear portion of the inner fender? You might get lucky and not have to do anything, it all depends.

Got them installed, I do have alittle rubbing when turning and hitting bumps... looks so much better
