It's used, and looks like it, dirty and could use a coat of paint.
The bolts for the front spacers were damaged so you will need replacements. I will include 2 so you have the size and won't have to guess..
$110 shipped in the Continental US, outside of there I'm sure it won't be much more but covering myself :p
