OEM (NOT OME) - 80k miles, off of my 5.7 XK with tow package.
It's my understanding these are a slight upgrade for 3.7 XK/WK I'm not positive of this, but that is what I've read from several people online.
$100 shipped in the continental US, outside of there lets talk shouldn't be a big deal.
