"Mudders Day" Annual Mud Bog May 12th @ Groves Grog

I'll be attending the Annual Groves Grog "Mudders Day" Mud Bog on May 12th. Registration fee for vehicles to "play" is $10. ATV registration fee is $5. They have 9 Mud holes and it ain't no golf course. Even the parking area will be muddy so if you want to attend wear old clothes and boots..lol There are also trails on the property. That's most likely where ill be spending most of the day. Alcohol is permitted on location but no glass allowed. You are welcome to stay Friday night and Saturday night if you want to make a weekend out of it. Let me know if anyone else is interested in going. It would be nice to put some faces to names.

we did our anual mud bog last year. By mid day we were rubbing so bad from the added weight, it was damn near impossible to complete the rock course. I will never give up the mud runs

Saturday was a blast! I ended up ripping off my front license plate and detroying my electric cooling fan..lol Last night I reinstalled the license plate to the front bumper and I ordered a new electic fan this morning from the dealer. The XK never got stuck but I had to recover Jays WK a few times. My Jeep is a tank! Pictures later today....

The guy in the back seat was showing you how old he was and what his I.Q. is...lmao!!!! He was just jealous because you all had better vehicles and he had to ride around in his buddy's Exploder.....lol.

No...the guy in the rear seat was actually flipping off someone else...lol. That explorer is badass in the mud. He just happened to find a hole that sunk his 37 inch boggers.

Very cool! I've always been a "big tire" guy and the limits of the XK in terms of tire sizes have kind of bothered me.... its refreshing to see these vehicles handle mud like that

Yup...my XK is an absolute tank in the mud. She just doesn't like having the radiator clogged with mud. When I get home Sunday ill be changing out my electric fan...the high/low fan relay...coolant temp sensor and the horns. My XK just squeeks now when u honk the horn...haha

ahh, this brings back memories when I used to hit the mud with my WK.. always fun, but I def need a beater for that kind of wheeling. I was always so paranoid I would break in the mud or something.

Love to see the big boys out there "givin er hell". Looks like a great time!

That mud is a whole different animal! It looks like a lot of fun but it must take a few hours to wash the mud off afterwards.
Out here in the desert I have only been in the mud once and the XK was unstoppable!
