I recently burned 2 mp3 cds, one of them plays every track without a problem and shows title.. the second cd will only play 2 of the songs and it will cycle thru every other song and the title, artist and rest of info will display but wont play track..??? Anyone else experience this before? Im pretty good when it comes to audio and burning music correctly, since the title and artist pop up but wont play it doesnt make much sense..

Did you try playing it on another drive or in your computer?

Are they both the same brand/type of CD. Are all the song the same format? I've had similar issues before. Can't remember when/why it happened. Since I wired in my IPOD I haven't used the CD player.

yea im thinking ipod is now a must, but is there a way to not lose sirius presets? Its kind of childish but I listen to everything from 60-70's to rap, house and ESPN radio.. Also which ipod cable does everyone suggest?

That's probably the "RAQ". It should be marked just below the tuner knob. If so, that's the same one I have. Isimple makes a nice little interface. Got mine on Amazon for $80. It allows you to play/charge an Ipod. No display on the radio, but you can skip/ff/rw songs with the steering wheel controls and also change playlists. Plugs into the 10 pin port on the back of the stereo. (if you have a rear dvd it needs to be disconnected). The unit also has a second input via RCA cables that another device can be connected to.

It shouldn't affect your Sirius. To access it you simply press the "Mode" button to scroll through the multiple inputs.
