I can't do a lift till after the winter but the stance bugs the s**t out of me. was wondering if i could just do rocky road spacers in front without getting new shocks. also will i be able to use these with a lift later on?

The 1/4" plates that go above the strut? Yeah they're cheap and easy to install. I even have a write up in the how-to section.

I installed those spacers on a members Xk in a dunken donuts parking lot lol.

anyone consider just stacking 2 of the strut spacers in the front for 1"?

The studs in the strut mount are too short. You could get longer studs... but that's a lot of work for just 1".

I read someones garage in JF.com put 2 rustys spacers on top of OME and 1"puck in rear.. Im assuming the down travel is gone

Yes, down travel is gone. And when he did that he welded in new studs for the strut mount since there wasn't enough thread left. He has since got rid of that setup and went with SL+OME

Yea I saw that as well, he doesnt have it anymore sold it and got a Ram.. Man Im torn about getting the SL... I knw I said I didnt want it but everytime I see an XK or WK with it I drool

My dilema is Im getting MTRs next mth, I cant fit 33's so Im going 265/70.. I cant afford MTRs and SL right now so itd have to wait. then Id have 32s with the SL..

HAHA!! I really dont want to hack my XK up, I plan on doing something with the bumper, but cutting the flares and all that just isnt highly desirable to me..

haha yeah i dont want to hack mine up either but after i wear down these duratracs i do want to step up to a bigger size

Omelet had the 1 inch lift plus OME too. He also moved to SL plus OME and still has it.
