Yes they did! Good eye...I didn't even notice it.

I would take it back to the place that balanced the wheels and make them do it the proper way. You shouldnt have wheel weights like that on the chrome clad wheels. Chances are they dont even have the proper machine to balance those wheels

Honestly, I've shopped over the past few months for several of the items, and ended up getting an awesome deal on the KYBs and Monroes. No other reason than that. I am very happy with the way it feels and handles.
