I know this is very old, but I am new to the forum. I am in south Miami. Not sure if you ever got together with anybody locally...

Nawh, there is not anyone around here (S Fla) that wheels these xk/wk. Only a bunch of mall crawlin' Wrangler snobs. Not all of them are like that but from my experiences here in wpb, there is'nt anyone here cool like the peeps you will meet on this forum. Ok, rant over....Lol.

I lived in Jersey for 10 years before moving down here, and I hated it initially, but mainly cause I missed the life of Manhattan where I worked. But believe me - other than not having places to wheel - its a lot cooler than a lot of joisy suburbia.

@Matt What exit of the parkway are you off? Lol

@IamJeep, aren't there any places in the Everglades where we can go explore? Mine is pretty stock, but I have a list...

I'm not 100% sure but, the glades are not what they used to be. You can't do whatever you want anymore. The closest place used to be Corbit, but you can't wheel there anymore. Last I checked, Ocala would be the last resort before heading out of Fla.

Hey we can always go Urban Crawlin'!!!! Lol...

Lol. I just might have to stick to urban crawling for now. At least till I get some money and time for the upgrades I want to do.... In any case, it be good to meet sometime, maybe to wrench a bit if time and family allows.

Nice! I lived further north on 168. Don't know that there was wheeling in that area. Nice motorcycle roads on the 7 lake drive and parts of south NY state. I did not have a Jeep or any truck then. I was into rallying, so i just followed SCCA rally all over the NE and Canada.

Im from Ft Lauderdale I know a few guys who go wheeling, mostly not legally but they head out to the everglades.. you have to be careful tho that mud is thick and you will sink quickly!! We destroyed a couple of Rubi's out there getting them stuck.. Ill reach out to them and see what they do if they do anything legal
