Ultimate Jeep Summit 2014 / Silverton CO / June 23 - 26 / Planning Thread

It is time to start thinking about the 2014 event. I know that things happen and plans change but 2013 was disapointing to say the least, So let's try to make sure 2014 ends differently. Please let me know if you think you will be attending and what weeks in June, July or August work best and we will try to come up with something that works for the majority.

I want to go, just can't commit right now. We are in the middle of contract negations and looks like I might be down $600+ per month if the Tentative agreement is voted yes.

I don't think I would be able to make it, cause my family and I will be driving to CO, UT, NV, AZ and back to NJ at end of August. Last year August we did, SD, WY for 1 week drive round trip from NJ.. So I am not sure what it will look like in July. Steve..

I am thinking gas prices and lower wages. I know gas price is a huge hurdle for me. I would love to go. I had a blast the last one I went to. But at under 10mpg...just the gas to drive there and back is a budget breaker.

As of now I will be there. Maybe not Monday, but Tuesday through Saturday leaving on Saturday night.

Did you have any kind of turn out? I Looked around for pics thread, but didn't find one. Wondered how it turned out if you had it.

There were three of us there. SO many last minute cancellations. I might try it one more year and if the results are the same we might have to come up with something else.
