Crikey!

It's a pretty rare thing to shear the gear quite like that. I hope the replacement comes soon.

Looks like you found the weakest part of your drivetrain. Were your wheels off the ground just before that broke?

There was a big hole dug by a Land rover with 35's on, and I did not know and was in full lock right. And the right front wheel got compressed all the way in the wheel well and I think it touched on the body and could not drive the wheel and then snaped the TC gear. Caus it broke the gear to the front drive not the back weels drive.

If any of you guys brake an axle or front diff or even a tc, give this guy a call. We made over 800 hp to the wheels of an srt 8 grand cherokee using his products. He'll work with our stuff to, just have to ask.

Guy's name is Bill, his knowledge is second to none...but he stands behind his work.

In the picture it looks like you broke more then just that gear. It looks like the casing exploded.

Yip casing is buggered, but friend of mine has casing for me as he broke his TC twice on the diesel Commander when he was pushing close to 700 Nm. I only need the front drive gear and new chain. Should get my part this friday,,,heehaa.

Opps ,, that really sever ,,, You have 4" lift right ? wasn't that enough to get the wheel at a safe distance from the wheel well.
