I have created a XK-Forum.com business card for members who would like to print some off at home and hand them out at events or on Commanders you see parked around town.
The original document was created in word which works fine for me but I was unable to share it here (I can e-mail to you if needed), Thanks to Adondo it is now available as a PDF which you can open and then print on your computer.
I used the Avery two-sided clean edge business cards (item #8876)
There is a place on the back where you can add your screen name to get credit for the referred by stats.
Files will be inserted into this post when I figure out how! (right now the front won't load and the back needs a little tweaking. You can look at the back but do not use it until this WARNING is removed as it the spacing is not quite right yet.

Bump for this thread! Jon you might wan't to make new ones now since we have morphed into The Ultimate Jeep Forum.
That's a good idea. Hell I could've used one last week.... the UPS guy complimented my XK and we talked for a while... he just bought one as well so I gave him the forum info to check out.

Check vistaprint.com out just saw there comercial
If you have a color printer, its easier just to buy the business card paper. Print a sheet out at a time and you're set

Took me like 5 minuets to do this one online. I then took a screen shot opened up photo shop and printed it out in business card layout to easy. Just coming up with Ideas I can change this to be a generic one meaning take my name off so everyone can use it what ever you want to do Jon. Obviously all I had were my images I tried to fit the forum header in but it wouldn't fit right just taking off the site.

I like it, you could leave the referred by line blank and members can write in their own names.
I am still working on the header, the 4xGuard project derailed me for a little while and now I need to get focused again.

I like it. Maybe Sal could just go ahead and make a bunch of different ones for everyone. LOL! Seriously, get it the way you want and give us a link so we can all go in and personalize the pic and member name, that would be cool.

If you would like some sent to you please send me a PM with your full name and mailing address and I will send you out a few. You can write your name on them as a referral if you would like and then start passing them out or putting them on Commanders and Grand Cherokees as you feel comfortable.

Did we ever finish choosing a WK for the header? That's where the XK pic came from.

No we didn't and we need to and the header still says XK forum up there so that needs to be changed as well. We all know Jon's busy so cut him some slack for now anyway :)

You know what would be really cool. For those who have smart phones. If you put a barcode on the back of the card - for people to scan - would take them directly to the website and that would be really cool - I don't think any 4x4 community is doing that.

That's a good idea bro I didn't think of that my wife uses those QR codes there called the weird looking boxes your phone can read.

That is a very cool idea, I think I will incorporate that idea into The Steel Armadillo Business card if I can figure out how to make the bar code.

I promise I will get to it, I am still working on a few other small changes so I will keep that on the list.

Just google QR code maker and you will see a ton of places that do it. It's really easy.

You go to this site here http://qrcode.kaywa.com/ Put your web site in and it creates a QR code for you and anyone that takes a picture of it with a QR reader gets directed straight to your web site. It works real well I've used them out of magazines and new papers and even on the TV a few times.
