The ultimate way to browse the internet is with Firefox. http://en-us.www.mozilla.com/en-US/

And you need three add-ons to really make it into a GREAT web browser.

First and foremost is Adblock PLus. http://adblockplus.org/en/ Goodbye ads. No more screen clutter and irritating pop-ups.

Then, Ghostery. http://www.ghostery.com/ Refers, web bugs, and other tracking crap are filtered out. Do you really want a dozen people leaning over your shoulder as you browse the web? I think not.

X-Marks. http://www.xmarks.com/ All your computers are synced. My work, home, and laptop computers are all synced the same. I can open Firefox on any of the machines, and all my passwords and bookmarks are the same on all.

Unless something changes Xmarks is going away in January, I believe. Not sure if they couldn't put more funding together or what but I've heard it twice now, once on TWiT and once on techzilla.

I've been using Firefox for a few years now and love it. Explorer is total crap and I dont even open it anymore. My wife has to use explorer for work but she now has a company laptop so I have no more worries.

This program won't do me any good I don't think because I use Firefox at home and ME at work where I cannot add or change programs.
