Happy Thanksgiving day/weekend to all! So, how do you cook your turkey? Traditional oven, deep fried in oil, or smoked (as in BBQ pit smoked)?
For the past few years I have cooked ours in an old Kamado Japanese pot, with mesquite wood....man it's good....

deep fried with Peanut oil. Injected with Zesty Italian dressing (with the seedy bits strained out).

Traditional oven here too, but I would gladly upgrade to deep fried if anyone is willing to donate a fryer (hint for xmas shopping).
