How to make a word a link\ insert link

I figure I would throw this up. If you ever wondered how to turn a word into a link instead of posting the entire link in a thread.

Thats it and now the Click Here word will be a click-able link

Just need to know how to insert a regular link just skip step #1 in picture #2
