I like the first one its nice. I'm guessing they come in a bunch of off sets?

They are all 9" wide with -12mm offsets (4.5" backspace).

I like those 2nd ones.... (gloss black works better on my limited)

That don't push the tire pas the fender does it? About where would that put the wheel then?

9" wide with 4.5" backspace is going to be a tough fit on these.... those will stick out ~1.75" further than my current wheels. Ouch.

These will sit out about 1.5" beyond the fenders (not counting the tire). They are really built for lifted applications.

I think I need a set!

Then I can remove my spacers.

I currently run 1.5" spacers, will these rims put my tires in about the same spot I am currently at if I remove the spacers?

Stock wheels are 7.5" wide with 6.5" backspace. With you're 1.5" spacers that's like having 7.5" wide wheels with 5" backspace.

9" wide wheels with 4.5" backspace will stick out 2" further than your current setup of 7.5" wheels with an effective bs of 5".

knappster,

My system shows your stock wheels are 7.5" wide with +44mm offset. This gives them a 6" backspace. Add your 1.5" spacers and you basically have a wheel that is 7.5" wide with a 6mm offset (4.5" backspace).

These wheels are 9" wide and have a -12mm offset (also 4.5" backspace). This means the back edge will sit the same as your current wheel/spacer sits but the front edge will stick out about 1.5" further.

Hope that doesn't sound as clear as mud.

doh, i had the backspace wrong... sorry.

They'll stick out 1.5" further like said above, not 2" like i posted.

I can live with that as long as they will still clear the back firewall.

I am working on wider front fenders and will have to see where that puts the back tires.

This will only work with a 4" lift, IMHO. A 4.5" bs will be too much for the 2" spacer lift, it'll rub like crazy at the pinch weld area. I was looking at 4.5"bs wheels before I purchased mine and realized it was a bad idea without the proper lift and fenders. I'm not saying it will not look good, just not very functional for offroad. Like I said, this is just my opinion.

To run these tire we understand that loosing the fenders and doing some chopping will be needed.

I talked to Doc about these this rims this morning and we would have to cut the firewall back in order to get a tire larger than 32" in there for these rims, not something I am willing to do.

Because of there off set? That stinks but I'm willing to cut some just not a drastic amount to fit larger tires.

that would be nice, but then with a 9 inch wide tire I'd have to have a 6" lift and still only run a 32 or 33 inch tire... I'd rather have more tire than wheel. I saw some total chaos long arms on a 4wd tundra that gave lots of room in the front at a Discount Tire a few weeks ago... How do these guys get away with that cv angle?? I was just impressed by the ground and tire clearance he had.

I like the keyhole myself, but will these hold up for off roading?
If I am spending more than $150 for a set of wheels, I want to be sure they will
be ok if I run over a rock or an WK.

These, like most cast aluminum wheels, have a 1 year finish warranty and a lifetime structural warranty. We wheeled with a could sets of Black Rhino wheels in moab the last 2 years and they held up great. *had them on multiple rigs) We had some surface damage but even a bead lock will get some scratches.
