I'll take a short sleeve for sure as well but it does get cold on the east coast so a long sleeve would be a good option for us. I don't want really cheap shirt either if the neck stretches out I won't wear it. I'd probably be interested in a sweater or hoody as well. I'm assuming we would get to pick the color when we order?

Id love a nice long sleeve T. My issue would have to be quality, and a long sleeve has to have LONG sleeves. I hate a long sleeve Tshirt where the sleeves shrink up or are just not long enough. I have long arms I guess but it is very annoying.

Take a look at the site, you choose the quality you want. I spoke to my dad & he stated that he will be able to help to get a discount. Said to get a list of what we want (Tshirts/Hoodies/ Ect) Once we have a list together he will take it to needs to see it to get us a discount. I will say this upfront the margin is very narrow in this field so it will prob be a 5 to 10% discount. When you are putting your list together go off the prices that are listed on the site to give you an close idea of you will be paying. Then you will be happy when cheaper once the list is given to who needs to see it in the company. I hope this makes sense, @ work right now and walking into a meeting. Wanted to get this out to all of you before I forget what my dad & I talked about concerning this.

As I have said before on this, My dad said he will help to get us a discount.
First we need to come up with the design we want
Then decide on the quality we want (for the whole group)
From there just go to the site & decide what you want, go off the prices listed. (http://www.cafepress.com/)
Once the whole group puts the list together that they want, then I will submit to my dad. He @ that time will take it the CEO and see whats the best deal he can get for us. Keep in mind that the profit margin is very tight so it will not be a very big discount (MAYBE 10 to 15%)

Yes/no. We had ideas for shirt designs but no one with graphical-arts skills to actually do it.

Since this has started, the website logo has changed. I bet we can use the logo in the header as the t-shirts graphic....

Front:
Header logo in "pocket" region

Back-Centered:

Everyone agreeing on a design is the issue. You kinda have to do these things with a minimum order so a small investment is needed from the person getting them done. Also some risk involve if people that say they want start backing out the person is left holding the bag.

I was the one originally pushing for the shirts in a different location. I had everything done and had a design ready and everything... long story short, every thing fell through in more than one area. Plenty of interest, and people willing to pre-order. But yeah... that is neither here nor there. I put a lot of energy and effort into it for it to crumble, but don't really have the desire to push that envelop again... But I will gladly pre-order as well if whoever does it has a pay-pal account.

I'd like to see it I can't remmber if you posted it before or not. I know one thing it will be one shirt design no multiple desings or doing shirts and hoodies if I do it and I will need a minimum order I'm sure as well. If the first run takes off ok then we can make other things like hoodies and stuff or long sleeve shirts or something.

We ordered shirts from there for our volleyball team. ... 100% Cotton Hanes shirts, didn't have a problem with them.

I wont be able to get to any local printers (if there are any in my area) because of my work schedule. So if you guys don't want the cafepress route, I wont be able to take it on.

And for you guys signing up on the list, How much are you expecting the shirts to cost? I've seen this before... a list gets put together and then everyone drops off once they see a price.. "$25??? Oh forget it, I thought they were going to cost $5 each". I say we hammer down a design then get a rough quote for 20 shirts so people signing up know what the ballpark price is. Then once we have the full list, get the final price, take pre-payments, then order. $.02

I think 3 looks good as well. But 2 might look better if the Grill and the logo were swapped. Like 3 but with the grill below. I think the shape of the WK/XK logo fits nicely at the top.
