Last night I spent about half an hour on Facebook checking the messages others had left me and stopping in on some of the groups I am a member of.

Just this week I created the xk-fourm group and I was pleased to see that it already has several members, groups like that are great ways to tell others know about our forum and other activites you are involved in.

I stopped in on an off-road group belonging to another friend and invited him to come post and blog with us, I do hope he can make the time.

Social Networking has become a very popular way of communication and although I am not sure that I like the fact that it is a little less personal, I do like the fact that you are now able to find old friends and family members without spending all the time on the phone or writting letters (I have so many postage stamps at home that I may never need to buy another).

And you can talk to all your frineds in your P.J.s or whatever and nobody will know the better (unless you have one of those cameras).
