I'm assuming that I need to pull the front cover over them and replace a bulb or a few bulbs. Everything seems to be in good working order other than the lights being out for the three dials. Easy to access? Is it more than (1) bulb?

That is a one piece unit that is welded shut. Plastic welded, but non user serviceable parts. Those are LEDS.
They probably are not burnt out, something is disconnected. Pull the front off the dash and remove the unit
with the lights and controls. Use a small screwdriver and pop it open. You can see inside and may be able to
replace the lights if it is truly burned out. Radio Shack will probably have the lights.
Isn't there a write-up in that "other" forum, Don?
There probably is a writeup on the other forum but without searchmeister, we'll never find it.
Has the dash been apart for any reason? I would start looking for disconnected wires, but you have to
pull the bezel off first.
Seems I remember the bulbs are "wheat bulbs" which are a tiny solder-in only type bulb. You'll need a few wheat bulbs, which can be had from http://www.mouser.com/ cheap. You'll need someone with a pencil iron and skills to replace the bulbs.
Here's a few links to ''wheat bulbs"

Wow, I wanted to get the light working behind the seat heater button, but this might be over my head.
If its broke you have nothing to loose by trying to repair it. If you blow it up just order the new board and pop it in unless the new part is mad expensive then solder at your own risk LOL
