You can hear it more on the driverside than the passenger side. I'm thinking controls arms/bushings? She has ~65k miles.

First thing I'd look at is sway bar links/ bushings. Disconnect the link and take it for a quick test drive to rule them out.

I have a bad inner tie rod that has been making noise for quite some time. I also had the bad sway bar bushings but those have been replaced.
I got an inner from Rock Auto for like $50, but don't know if it fits yet. According to the dealer you have to get the whole rack if an inner tie rod goes out. $$$
I could be wrong but I believe a member of the other forum was able to swap out the inners. Im thinking it was KMAX, not sure though.
