I hear ya.....I have that same "floaty" feeling so im thinking its time for new struts and shocks.
My load levers did a good job of eliminating the floaty feel but without giving it a harsh ride.
Take a look in my garage thread... almost positive I put all the info there. They were $90 shipped for the pair.

Well my rack was delivered this morning. No one is home and it is pouring down rain. My basket is gonna be a soggy mess when I get home. I have to finish putting the Patented "Sal Uni-Rails" on tomorrow. (Storm and I have a Viewing to go to tonight) The basket will be on hopefully tomorrow after work.
I got my rack all put together last night but didnt have time to put it on. That will be done tonight. The reason I didnt have time was because we had to go get our drinks for next week in the OBX! It may not be enough...
