Put in a new battery today. It stalled and threw some codes when I was in NY salmon fishing 2 weeks ago. I took it to the dealer, they put in a "drivability" patch on the computer. They said the only thing they could find was I had a cell going on the Batt. Since it looked like the original, which means it was 4 yrs old I replaced it. I used a Walmart Maxx Battery, it was direct fit and the one I put in my Durango, lasted 5 yrs trouble free, I decided to go that way again.
Drove through some big puddles in Houston coming home from work. (That's a good thing cause we're like down 30" so far this year cause of the drought. This is the most rain we've had since last year.
Yesterday I plugged the AC Compressor back in.... the dealership mechanic left it unplugged after replacing the cylinder head.
Today I tracked down a wiring problem which was causing my CB/Amp/Aux input to not work. (I did a shotty install job apparently, I had a wire short)
Had an alignment performed. As figured the toe was off pretty bad. Feels like it rides a bit smoother now and a little quieter.
Bought a set of BFG M/2 KM 255/75R17's on Rubicon rims from CL. Put them on but alas, the rims scrape the brake calipers up front. I need some spacers. Has anyone had any issues running spacers up front?
Most of us here are running spacers with out an issue.
