Well seen i got my bonus so my wish list has now became my soon to be mod list, alot more excited about getting home to the XK to tear into it LOL

OK so im less than a month till im reunited with my XK after 9 long months, and ill be starting a serious mod list soon, ill be installing OME HD lift, 4.10s and a powertrax no slip locker, SA diff cover (hopefully soon), new rotors and pads, modified CAI, and more small parts. And now im trying to decide should i go with a hidden winch, i dont wheel too often but when i do either i or somebody i wheel with ends up getting stuck and i would have the only winch. OR should i go with some JBA Shorty headers, to get a little more power out of the little 3.7L? ill only probably wheel a few times before i got to germany, and if i dont link up with a group out there i doubt ill do any serious wheeling out there
I personally would go with the winch if you had to choose between the two. The 4.10s will keep the 3.7L in the RPM range you need, plus some. The winch, whether used or not, will add to the utility of the vehicle. You never know when you'll need it- could be as simple as helping someone out of a ditch on the side of the road on your way to work.... doesn't need to be a wheeling trip.
