Andrew, I could be wrong but that does kind of look like a Dana 44 rear. However as far as I'm aware those only came in the 2wd Hemi's. I would have the dealer run your vin to see what axle you have because that doesn't look like my Chrysler 8.25
I actually think I read that Dana 44s were used on export models for QTII and other systems. I'm not 100% sure though.

Yeah the diff cover looks nothing like mine. That would be sick if he had a Dana 44
