Codes were cleared with a scanner multiple times to turn the check engine off but the check gascap doesnt go off which in turn brings the check engine back on

Check the filler neck to tank connection. We did have your tank down.... maybe we didnt snug the clamp up enough and the friction isnt sealing it good enough anymore
Is that the tube connecting the tank? What should I look for? This **** is getting so irritating since its been smoked 3 times by 3 different people

Yes the filler tub that connects to the tank. Should have a big hose clamp on it

Take the hose clamp off, move around the filler neck hose and make sure it's on good then tighten the hose clamp back up. It will literally take a minute to do. Crawl under the jeep from where the stock spare would be and you can get to it from there
