Nothing like a 50degree rainy ride. (At least the bike was clean by the time I got home!)

Looking great
That kidd has skillz!
Picked up this 2009 Gary Fisher Wahoo today.. first real mountain bike, time to get in shape..

wow how'd i miss this? Jacob that's the bike I was actually going to buy when I splurged for the x-cal! Any plans for it?
And on another note... JT started riding his bike officially, pedals and all, without training wheels in April. It's awesome to see a little <2.5 year old pedal around!
I need to get it out on a trail first.. and then ride it a lot, and then maybe think about changing something.. I know nothing and I'm out of shape.
How much does a good bike run you?
Depends on what your definition of "good" is... If you want to start riding (which i highly recommend) then your best bet is really to budget $1000-$1500 and get a "good" used bike.
For example, this is a pretty good deal: http://www.mtbnj.com/forum/showthread.php?t=27859
~2 seasons old and would have cost $2k+tax new. So $1000 and it has a few upgrades sounds good.
I like to run/hike so I don't see me not enjoying mountain biking. This will have to be in the budget in the future.
EDIT: I didn't realize how much a good bike goes for!
You have some good trails nearby at Neshaminy.... a bike would get good use!
Yeah I see quite a few rigs w/ bike racks around here ;p
Just a warning.... mod'ing bikes is just as addicting as mod'ing Jeeps!!
