Sounds good, I'll look out for some wheeling! Have some things to take care of first, like different wheels and tires, and selling the ram!
But then I'll start making it my own

So thought I'd share some good news with my Jeep family. I took this weekend as a bday celebration and rented a cabin in the mountains of Carolina and asked my gf to marry me! She said yes! Pretty pumped about it here are some pics of the ring and of the Rubicon cause hey this is a Jeep site!!! Attachment 2483Attachment 2484Attachment 2485Attachment 2486Attachment 2487
Congrats!
Sent from wherever my Jeep takes me.
Dude, thats awesome! Congrats :)
Nice, congratulations!
Thanks guys! Pretty pumped about it, I've been waiting for jeep for awhile hahhahaha kidding. Had to keep this one around, she's awesome y'all will meet her on some wheeling trips.
As far as the Jeep goes, those tires can't stay, to big and really impractical for DD, I kind of starting to like the wheels. But they don't make MTRs in anything larger than 35s in a 15 inch wheel, so I'm struggling to figure out what to do. I'd have to go to 37s I a 17 which are crazy expensive. The 35s are ideal just not sure how small they'd look. Thoughts, opinions etc..
How far is your daily drive? That does have a pretty big lift on it. 35's are going to look small now because you've been looking at it sitting on 38's. How much wheeling do plan on doing? What's you wheeling style? Do you hit the crazy stuff? In most groups their is always that small group of guys that will try something the rest won't. Do you fit in that category?
Grats!
I know you really want the MTR's, but I kind of agree with Sal, they're going to look REALLY small on that vehicle if you don't cut down the lift a bit.
You can keep those wheels and get Toyo MT's in a 37" tire. They're a solid tire and about the same price as the 37" MTRs but then you don't have to buy new wheels. With the size tire you're in, there's not many inexpensive options...
If these aren't sold yet.... might be a good interim solution. Can probably recoup most of the cost by selling your current set too.
