^x2. It's tough but it works. My 3 year old has one of those kid proof door handles (plastic fat doorknob that you squeeze) on the inside of her door so she can't open it and come into our room. We could probably take it off now cause she doesn't even try to leave her bed. As for the 1 year old we just let her cry it out and she goes back to sleep. We only get them if it won't stop and sounds like somethings really not normal.
Sure is nice to sleep normal.

Ya wife was shocked when my daughter finally stoped crying. Boy that kid would howl like she saw the devil. But it all worked out in the end. Friends of mine both slept in separate and had a kid with them. They still did that when the kids were like ten years old so I had a phobia when I finally had kids and learned from there mistakes.

Thanks guys.
Part of the issue I think is she still breast feeds him, he has never used a bottle. He does drink from reg cups and all that. Also I feel part of the issue is that my GF is not ready for him to sleep in his own bed yet. So working on that as well.

Dropped my mom off at the airport, back to solo mission with the kids, and potty training is in full effect. Ugh.
