BATFE proposes new rules regarding Trusts and Corps and the NFA

The BATFE has propesed rule changes requiring all 'responsible parties' of a Trust or Corporate entity to jump through the fingerprint, mugshots, and chief law enforcement officer (CLEO) signoff requirement same as an individual does in order to amke or transfer Title 2 firearms (SBR, SBS, Suppressors, machine guns, AOW).

These proposed changes would be a defacto ban for many people, as attaining the CLEO signoff is impossible in many jurisdictions. Many CLEO's have stated flatly that they will not sign NFA forms for anyone. I can only assume this is purely for political reasons.
