I was web surfing and came across these images. Apparently Off Road Unlimited built it. I wonder if they are actually marketing this thing...

This was built for the Ultimate Adventure as a one off build for a pair of XKs that were featured in an article of Peterson's 4Wheel & Off Road magazine. The one you are looking at is from the build called "biggie" that was done totally custom. The winch mount is not a production part from them so I doubt that you could get one easily. However, I would think that it would be a good idea to contact Doc at Stone Soup and see what can be done to get something built.
