Yea it works great for cleaning up with a wire brush, but cutting it's useless, but you already know that don't you?

"finished" it today, I put that in quotes because I'd still like to figure out a way to mount my hi-lift back there, and maybe relocate the license plate. But overall it's functional, it's not...
Well I started the conversion today, and killed my 10 year old angle grinder.. So I picked up a new Porter Cable one, and will be back to work on it tomorrow, and hopefully have it mostly finished...
Matt couldn't fix my shaft, and it makes me sad.
No fun was had, all work all the time.
Alarms are my kryponite. If I happen to wake up early then it won't be an issue at all.
I took beer inventory, I might only end up with 1 bottle of the IPA I guess it was good :p
I've got to get up and get the kids ready and roll 2 hrs.. so.. I'll get there when I get there
I'd like to be there by 10, but I don't know how realistic that is..
Old man post^
Hopefully the radar/weatherman is right and the rains gets through on friday night..
I'll fill I couple and bring them back, I have a bunch too and for the most part don't bottle anything unless I'm going to someones house.
And while this isn't a wheeling trip it is the next best...
I still have a couple of your grolsch bottles right Matt?
Ok so... beer... I've got 3 growlers (I'd want back eventually and each are 64oz) and a handful of 12 ounce bottles that I don't care about at all.
I've got Cascase/Warrior IPA, Not sure how to...
So just Mark and I are showing up huh?
Well if we work on my project we're going to need one, so yea.. maybe I'll bring my extra dewalt charger and batteries too :o
I'll bring some home brew, currently have an IPA, winter warmer, and pilsner.. We'll see how motivated I am to bottle any though :p
I picked up my tubing today to do the swing out conversion, not...
The only thing you get from buying it new is a higher price tag, and that it is guaranteed not to be vehicle locked. If you buy a used one and it's still locked to the old vehicle you will have to...
I had a flashpaq and loved it for the shifting difference. I never got better mileage on any of the tunes though. It did allow you to correct the speedo for tire size which was nice also. Overall...
I'll bring the beer!
Hrm looks like ML is on call that weekend, I'll have to figure out what the schedule looks like for her, all that that really changes is whether I work on my rig or not..
Where we at? I need to plan my projects :)
I anticipate having to cut every bolt and replace them. Which is why I think I'm going to tackle it here.. The swing out, I might bring the stuff and if we feel like there is time on wrenching day...
I'll bring a damn corded angle grinder.
I've got a lot of control arm bushing that need replaced along with something else flopping around in the rear end that I need to get worked out. Not sure...
So when you coming over to make this happen?
So Matt your are saying move the hinge to the angled part, check. Then square tube to about where the current passenger side hinge is and then just stop there and convert the drivers side drop down...
I'm hoping to get this done when the weather warms up, trying to do it on the cheap so I want to reuse what I can.
