I did do it by myself over the course of a couple of days. I purchased an extra set of headlights which allowed me to play around a bit and not worry about screwing up the lights I needed to drive...

Items needed:
Krylon Fusion-Matte Black (sticks to plastic so you dont have to do prep)
Krylon Clear
Silicone sealant
Two or three butter knives (classy I know)
Oven (timer helps)
Mechanics...

sorry everything was stock except for the lift kit. I got the new wheels and tires after I took the spacers off. The stock wheels were the Forteras.

I used them with the stock rims and had no rubbing issues even at full wheel lock.
