Looks good mate!
That's the best pics i have seen yet of the Carolina design.
Did they mention anything about loosing 2 of the transfer case flange bolts?

I have a good signwriter as well, he did the logo in full cut vinyl, so there is no backing. But it wasnt easy apparently!
That is the rear shaft :D Ignore the old front shaft in the back of the pic! wasnt there for any reason other than it was on the bench!
The spacer goes between the tcase and the Double cardan.
Correct.

Even with a DC rear shaft (i have one in mine, needed for anything over 4" IMO) you still need to align the pinion with the shaft. Each vehicle is proving to be slightly different with some getting...
Ive had a custom shaft in mine for around a year now, dbl cardan top end to replace the CV, and the factory slip joint cv end at the Diff. I had to do this after smoking 2 driveshafts in 4 days :-(...
I must be the only person running of these then! WooT!!
Yeah it was a decent smack, full length of the slider going up a hill.

Looks good Matt, and a definite improvement.
However, these are still relying on the strength of the sill and frame, which inst that strong.
This is mine after a trip earlier this year.

Mate, that is patience past any normal expectations!
That would be awesome War Wagon!
I just filled mine up with muddy water last weekend, might be time for it all to come out.......
Here is a vid from the weekend, you can see where i munted the sill, and some good footage of some new WK2's in action!

And some more...
Good choice on the new ride, ive had the chance to play with a few of the new WK2's and they do really well!
Doesnt matter what arms you run to fix that. Doesnt work with stacking those lifts.
Not a lot, new Uneek front bar is about ready, alll the mopar goodies (sliders, skids, etc). Stu is doing lifts and compressors etc.
Thanks mate!
Really well, to be honest surprised the hell out of me! The trailhawk has a 271mm (10.7" !!) ground clearance on rock setting!
Thanks!
The track in the first pic is actually one of the comp sytle tracks at the park, and though the photo doesnt show it, is almost 45deg up hill and more in places :D
Had to bounce it off the left...
Not too bad, destroyed the rear diff in March (turned the pumpkin 45deg up on the axle tubes!), now running a set of hemi diffs with 3.73 gears, much better, but still sorting computer issues. Apart...
As far as I know most have adjustables on, and in my case I replaced the factory shaft with a custom double cardan shaft as well

Hey there Fella's!
Been a while since ive posted, lots of personal issues and broken bits keeping me down for a bit. However! Managed to get the Megladon out to Landcruiser Park for the...
My thoughts would be to do it as if you were doing a hidden winch, which will sit it out the front around 3-4", cut out the centre section of the bumper, then just make a light alloy skin to mate...
The opposite. QDII vehicles disable the traction control completely in Low range, all you have to do is fool the computer that the solenoid is still there (resistor). With a QTii vehicle it will...
Matts right on with the shocks, however i would still put a drop bracket on the tank side brake line as well, as at that droop there is still pressure on the line, which you dont want.
