A Surco here.
Made a floor from surplus stainless steel screen that came from Ice Harbor dam. It's high grade SS and was a fish screen. It's about IMPOSSIBLE to cut, and we ruined three pairs of shears. It acts like a solar blocker, so even in the Southwest, very little heat builds up inside the rig now.
My XK in its current form. The rack makes a handy place for lights. I also have a backup camera mounted on it, so it looks down from 6' up. Its GREAT for backing up while off-roading. The front has a piece of 4'' ABS pipe cut lengthwise, and helps with wind flow. Before that was installed, the wind screamed like banshees above 40 MPH. The "long thing" on the passenger side is a Foxwing awning.
The backup cam. The transmitter is crammed into one of the backup light housings.
The GPS screen switches to the backup while in reverse. The markers are great while backing up off-road. The end of the yellow zone just has to be kept in the center of the dirt tire tracks, and I can go backwards at 15 MPH with no worries. The photo shows backing up at night. The two floodlights make it easy to see where I'm going.
