I wonder if the 3M brand spray on bed liner would have done better. It seems to be a higher quality and you can get it from most auto parts dealers. I used it on the underside of my 66 F100 and it seemed to have a nice textured look and was pretty even. Of course it is underneath where the light doesn't shine on it too well so maybe it wasn't as nice as I imagine it was. I had the interior of the truck sprayed with rhino lining as well as the bed and they both turned out pretty well.
