Fuses are fine, I guess I'll be ordering the switch after all!
Now it would really make my day if it made the auto headlights and wipers work again!

Autoheadlights - probably. Wipers, thats a different switch.
As I was driving along this evening I hit a nasty bump and the road and the map lights randomly turned on just for a moment and went out! How strange is that???
