I know a lot of us were waiting for the revised kit to come out. Anyone plan on getting it in the near future???
My sights are set on next summer. But figured we can't go a whole year without a member installing a lift!!

I would purchase the Superlift if I had the extra funds.

Not from me! I will buy a trail rig before I spend that kind of cash on a lift and new tires. It does look damn good though with the superlift!
2007 Jeep Commander: QTII, Leather, Sunroof, remote start, OEM Skid Plates, 2 in Daystar lift, 255.75.17 BFG Mud Terrains on Moabs, 1.25 " Spidertrax wheel spacers, 4x Guard front guard and Side Guards, Optima Red Top, Robbys half inch leveling spacer, Bilstein 5150 Rear Shocks, Pinch weld mod and trimming!
In a way I regret making that leap. On Chinaman Gulch (rated a 5 to 7 on Traildamage.com) at WCCC 2" lifts were making it just as well as I was. Unless you want to do some really outrageous stuff I would have to say its not needed, unless you just want the looks. However with looks comes increased tire costs, and decreased mpg (I averaged 13.9 mpg to / from Colorado with only a rack and spare tire on top).

Increased approach and departure angles as well as undercarriage sure don't hurt when trying to get up a ledge though. And the places I wheel almost require traversing some deep mud.... so the ability to run a 33x11.5 comes in quite handy as well.
But also, the look can't be denied. I drool every time I see an XK or WK with 4"+ and 33s...
285/70/17s aren't really that much more than 265/70/17. But I'm also used to having to buy 37s.... so anything in the 33" range is cheap compared to previous tire costs lol
Well no arguments there.........

If I had money to burn, I would buy it and still use the BB for a total of 6"s.
