I just cannot say enough about how steep this descent was. No spotters, and I had to fold in both mirrors to keep from hitting. At on point I was ballanced on two wheels and was touching trees front and back. Little scuffs on the bumper but not horrible. At the bottom of this was a wash, and there was never a point were all four wheels were down. Couldnt go back up that hill, so just kept pushing on. The Rubicon LJ got a flat, I need a new rim, dented the gas tank really bad, crushed the rear corner again, and added some new pin stripeing. Drove the two hours home fin and looks like new after a good wash and wax. I am exhausted

LMAO I remember the first time I dented mine or felt like I was in over my head. You made though that's the important thing. Now you know why I painted my bumpers and wheel wells and will paint the bottom of my doors to.

My stock wheels look like yours (damage pics) but maybe a bit worse. I'm missing several bits of the outer lip on several wheels. It's really time to get some new ones but i keep putting it off. I don't notice a difference in balance or anything. I've got no money to spend on stuff for the time being though. Looks like you had fun. It's a thrill to ride these commanders around in comfort and on trails you'd never have thought possible. Thanks for the pics.

Yeah it really challenges your driving to keep from trashing the body, lol. I will probably just keep the wheel as is until i HAVE to change it.
