I got both pinch welds straight and pre fitted the sliders. Got the driver side rail painted a little my can spit all over the slider not happyyes I'm taking pics Ill load them later.

I took my Sliders to the water jet shop and had the step welded on and then dropped them off at the powder coat shop.

Future (retail) versions will have the welds on the bottom of the step as I did not like the exposed welds as much as I thought I would.

That looks pretty good. I think I would weld them from the bottom as well.
I did the spare tire hitch mod & now able to fix my full size spare underneath again. Also the unistruts are painted & have a few odds & ends to get painted & then I can complete the low profile roof rack bars to get that closer the the jeep by Friday.
