and how i got there.

my first mod was the crappy x.factor lift


then i got a deal on a set of 5 rubicon rims spider trax spacers and 33x12.5" cooper discoverer stt tires


after that i bought a 60" hi-lift jack s4xc jack mount.
midland mini cb radio, s4xc antenna mount and a 3' firestick


i threw my spare on top and hated it so i saved and saved for a week and bought this!
while i was at it i figured id paint my rims black

after all that i met brad and had the opportunity to test out some stuff for JBA

then i got to test these out



after that i bought some 4xg rock rails and got to test out jba front strut spacers. see how its level now


i think after that i painted my head lights


^i also did a front bumpee trim (inspired by sal!)

somewhere in the mix i bought a s4xc t.case skid and took the muffler off and replaced with a straight pipe

then i did a rear buily in tool box (inspired by carlos!)




painted my rear tail lights


bought this off a guy in a forum

i bought my first house when i was 20. the market was great and then .... well you know...
so i had my house o the market for a year (a year ago) and no bites so i had no choice but to keep it so i have 2 now lol and rent tge other one out to some stoners haha

Good stuff.. and smart plan! Might as well build up that equity in the 2nd house, wait until the market turns around.

yea if my plan works out how i want it to... ill keep the 1st one rented and when the market turns around sell the one above and get a bigger one... or buy another small one and rent that too.... but if i cant keep it rented ill prob lose it now b.c. i havr another baby on the way any day now and daycare will cost as much as a house and wouldnt be able to afford to keep the little house
