    Goodyear Wrangler Duratrac's

Just reserving this slot for the Goodyear Wrangler Duratrac's

    Brand: Good Year
    Model: Wrangler Duratrac's
    Size: 285/70/17
Price: 900 + 40 for the install and balance (includes free replacement of tires)
    Wheel used: Stock wheels
Lift: Modified OME 3" lift (MLL+'s (extended Monroe Load Leveler Shocks))
    Weight: 53lb/tire

Road: These are not MT tires, but obviously are a very aggressive A/T. On the road, they have a faint hum at most speeds. At slower speeds you can feel the tread underneath you. It's not oppressive or anything though. Drives through the rain like a champ, does NOT hydroplane, but prefers to knock water everywhere.

Mud Review: These tires are the best performing A/T tires I've ever owned. Mud slugs on the outside with A/T tread in the middle. It makes it a VERY versatile tire. Put the tires in the mud and all they want to do is stick to the ground.

Rock/trail Review: Get ready to hear tons of tapping when you are done wheeling. Pebbles seem to find there way into the tread pretty easily. But they 'self-clean' pretty well. They'll still look dirty, but the tread clears pretty well. These tires are more than capable on rocky/trail/gravel conditions.

Sand Review: Because these tires are a little bit wider than what I have used in the past for this WK, they ride a little differently than my silent armors. The silent armors pressed the sand a lot while riding on it, so the tracks were deeper. The Duratrac's ride on top, i'm sure they press, but they don't pess as much since the weight is distributed over a wider tire. But the tires clean well in sand, actually they clean well across all environments. Very nice tire in sand.

    Snow Review:

Air down Review: I felt a lot more comfortable airing these tires than my previous, especially for wheels that aren't beadlocked. I aired down to 15psi all the way around. Improved the traction of the tires, especially in mud.

You have to wright the review in the above format and I'll add the hyperlink in the first post. All reviews are valid if they were on your jeep.

I am very impressed with these so far. It has been very rainy in this area over the past couple of weeks and they have handled the wet roads very well. On dry roads there is not much noise and they have tons of grip. As soon as I am able I will take them off-road to see what they can do.

Sorry about the pic quality I have yet to load my camera software into the new desktop and my new notebook won't load the software.
