    4.7 Spark Plugs

I just changed my plugs. I used the Champion 7318 Double Platinum .040 gap.

I have 55,000 miles and the ends were just about gone. The new plugs really helped out. Smoother running, hope it improves my mileage. .5 would be wonderful.
I will add a pic of the old plug.

Let us know how those plugs work out for you. I might swap those in this weekend.

Its going to be unfair comparison from me, because I finally got around to cleaning my K&N that had 36,000 and a solid year of wheeling stuck to it. Never the less I'll give an update after the trip.

Isn't that the truth. I ran a comparison a while back that included to tanks of fuel over a 3 day period. I tank was spent 4 wheeling and going to and from Jeepskool. The second tank was back and forth to work with nothing else.

Average MPG 9.8 I refuse to look again.

    Wow that good of mileage?

I still need to change my plugs out... but do I really wanna spend $8/plug for double Plats?
